Two clocks run on every order: how long it takes us to hand the parcel over, and how long the carrier takes after that. Here is what each one looks like.

02 The route your parcel takes

  1. Payment confirmedThe clock starts once your payment has been successfully confirmed.
  2. Picked and packedNormally 2–4 business days; during holidays, promotional periods, unusually high order volume or other peak periods, allow up to 5 business days.
  3. On its wayStandard shipping to supported United States destinations generally takes 10–15 business days after dispatch.
  4. Tracking appearsOnce dispatched, available tracking information is normally provided by email or through the applicable order tracking method.
  5. DeliveredIf something is wrong on arrival, contact service@kexvyn.com with your order number.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

What can slow a parcel

Destination, carrier operations, customs procedures where applicable, weather conditions, seasonal volume or other circumstances affecting transportation.

Lost or stuck tracking

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, your shipment appears lost, or a delivered package cannot be located after reasonable checks, contact service@kexvyn.com with your order number.
